Frequently Asked Questions
How many days will it take to process my visa?
Once accepted, visa applications require a minimum of 60 – 90 working days or may take longer depending on the nationality of the applicant.
What are the steps involved in visa processing?
- Organise the required documents and include them in the form here. You will receive an email with an invoice with payment links.
- We will print and fill the visa application form and prepare additional documents if required.
- Once payment has been received, the application will be submitted by our team.
- Our consultants will guide you through the process. However, be prepared for extended process and document collation.
- Applications will only be accepted after the verification of all required documents and receipt of first payment payment.
Is the visa application fee refundable if it has been rejected?
Unfortunately the answer is no. All fees are paid to the government issuing body at the time of submission of the application. If the application is rejected it is beyond our control and the immigration office does not provide refunds.
What should be the validity on my passport?
Your passport and all people traveling with you should have a minimum of 6 mon ths left on the passport. If less you will not be permitted to enter.
