Family KITAS
A Family KITAS visa is for foreigners who are married to Indonesian Citizens (WNI – family) and have official marriage certificates endorsed by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. They may apply for a spouse visa Indonesia valid for one (1) year with the family KITAS (limited stay permit card) being sponsored by the Indonesian spouse. Besides obtaining the one (1) year residence visa, they shall also be eligible for the MERP (multiple re-entry permit) from the local immigration office in the area where they live.

How many days will it take to process my visa?
Once accepted, visa applications require a minimum of 30 working days or may take longer depending on the nationality of the applicant.
What are the steps involved in visa processing?
- Organise the required documents and include them in the form here. You will receive an email with an invoice with payment links.
- We will print and fill the visa application form and prepare additional documents if required.
- Once payment has been received, the application will be submitted by our team.
- Applications will only be accepted after the verification of all required documents and receipt of complete payment.
Is the visa application fee refundable if it has been rejected?
Unfortunately the answer is no. All fees are paid to the government issuing body at the time of submission of the application. If the application is rejected it is beyond our control and the immigration office does not provide refunds.
What should be the validity on my passport?
Your passport and all people traveling with you should have a minimum of 6 mon ths left on the passport. If less you will not be permitted to enter.

It is imperative that a local number is available for your spouse. Most of the documentation work will be carried out between our experts and your local spouse. This can take some time. Once completed the foreigner must either leave the country or be out of the country to enter with a new via that will be sent via email.
