A formal invoice for 50% of the total service fee will be issued.
Upon payment, your documents will be submitted for processing.

Once the process is finalized:
A final invoice for the remaining balance will be sent.
Your original documents will be securely delivered to you.

Due to the recent rise in requirements for legalisation or verification of documents, both international and domestic institutions—and the limited number of authorized officials—processing times can sometimes be delayed. While this backlog is beyond our control, we take every measure to expedite the process.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many days will it take to process my Apostille?
Once accepted, Apostille Submissions require a minimum of 7-14 working days or may take longer depending on the nationality of the applicant.
Is the application fee refundable if it has been rejected?
Unfortunately the answer is no. All fees are paid to the government issuing body at the time of submission of the application. If the application is rejected it is beyond our control and the immigration office does not provide refunds.
What should be the validity on my Documents?
Your documents should be either recently issued – within one year – or in the case of marriage certificates, qualifications etc, the date of issue should be clear on the document. Usually there is no expiry date unless stated on the documents. Banks statements and proof of address if required should be less than 3 months old.
What services does the consultation cover?
Our consultation is expected to take several days and many emails, calls, video calls etc.
You can expect to have a great deal of time spent on going back and forth until you are satisfied that we have all the information in line and correct.
We have no limit on the amount of time spent in consultation. It is critical that you have the right information and are fully informed on what you need to decide on and on exactly what this will cost.
Are there any hidden costs I shoudl expect.
Absolutely not.
Once the agreement is reach and the total cost is reached, that’s it.
Any additional services that may be needed will be clearly stated, and either included in the agreement or added later when both parties agree to the additional costs in writing.
In general the answer is there are no hidden costs. We don’t know what they would be.
