If you need an apostille for a multi-page document, please note that each page requires its own apostille and will be processed individually. This means there is a separate fee for each page. To ensure you only request what’s necessary, our team is here to guide you through the process and clarify your options.

In some cases, institutions may ask for multiple certified copies. Each copy must have its own apostille, rather than being a photocopy of a single certified document. Again, each page will go through the apostille process separately.

Additionally, certain applications require supporting documents. Your dedicated manager will provide clear guidance on exactly what’s needed, helping you streamline the process.

The steps to Success.

First Contact

Start by filling out the form below and selecting the process you’d like to discuss.

In the message box, provide as many details as possible about your requirements. If you have any relevant documents, you can upload scanned copies to help us better understand your needs.

Consultation

Once we receive your request, a dedicated Personal Manager (PM) will be assigned to your case. They will review your details and prepare an approach tailored to your needs.

Your PM will then contact you directly to go over everything in detail. This process may involve several discussions to ensure complete clarity. Feel free to reach out at any time—consultations are included in the service, and there are no extra charges for additional discussions.

Preparation

Your PM will assess your requirements and guide you through the next steps. At this stage, you should have all necessary documents ready to upload via email for review. Your PM will carefully check everything to ensure completeness.

Once everything is in place, a formal agreement will be created, outlining exactly what is required and which supporting documents are needed.

By this point, you should feel confident that everything is well-organized and ready to move forward.

 

Costs

At this stage, your personal manager (PM) will finalize the total cost for your entire process. Please note that courier fees are not included unless specifically requested.

You will receive a detailed, itemized quotation for your review and approval.

Once you agree to the total cost, a 50% advance payment will be required. As soon as the payment is received, we will proceed with submitting your application.

This advance payment is necessary because the relevant authorities require full payment at the time of submission. Gateway Apostille covers the difference between the submission costs and your initial payment. Please note that this advance payment is non-refundable.

Document Submission

At this stage, you will need to send the original documents, along with any required supporting documents, either to us or directly to the relevant authorities. The method of submission depends on your location and personal preference regarding where to send your original documents.

For your privacy, Gateway Apostille does not store any personal details unless specifically requested, and even then, only a minimal amount of data is retained.

Completion

Once the apostille process is complete, you will receive a final invoice for the remaining balance. Upon receipt of payment, your documents will be released and sent to you via courier.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many days will it take to process my Documents?

Once accepted, the process requires a minimum of 7-14 working days or may take longer depending on the nationality of the applicant.

Unfortunately the answer is no. All fees are paid to the government issuing body at the time of submission of the application. If the application is rejected it is beyond our control and the immigration office does not provide refunds.

Usually the documents are permanent records, such as marriage certificates, qualifications etc. however, proof of Identity such as a passport should be valid for at least 6 months and bank statements and proof of residence etc should be no more than 3 months old.  We’ll make sure everything is in order with the document review.

You can expect to have a great deal of time spent on going back and forth until you are satisfied that we have all the information in line and correct.

We have no limit on the amount of time spent in consultation. It is critical that you have the right information and are fully informed on what you need to decide on and on exactly what this will cost.

Absolutely not.

Once the agreement is reached and  the total cost is agreed, that’s it.

Any additional services that may be needed will be clearly stated, and either included in the agreement or added later when both parties agree to the additional costs in writing.

In general the answer is there are no hidden costs. We don’t know what they would be.
