More and more institutions are requiring documents to have an apostille. This process can be extremely complex or it can be very simple. That’s where Gateway comes in.
Our consultants will guide you through the entire process making sure that everything is in order before submitting the documents to the Indonesian Government Authorities.
When you require an apostille, a number of support documents are required. Once you contact us outlining your requirements, we will work with you to compile all the documents into one complete package. We will review scans of all the documents to ensure that the package is complete and ready for submission.
At this stage, we will instruct you on which original documents and which scanned support documents you should collect and package ready for submission.
We will then provide you with the direct specific address to the Indonesian Government office where your documents are to be delivered. We do not at any stage come into contact with your original documents or any documents submitted to the Government office.
The Government office will recieve the package sent via the courier of your choice and register it as received. The process will then begin. Should the officer need any additional information he will contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements with you.
When the process is complete we will be notified. Your documents will be packed by the government office and sealed with a government registered number and seal ready to be courier directly to your address.
Please note:
The prices for apostille of documents vary between Rps. 1,500,000 – 2,500,000 per page. Your consultant will discuss this in detail with you to insure you are clear on costs involved.
Our costs will cover the cost of domestic courier services from the government office to your address. International courier costs will be discussed before processing starts.
Your consultant will insure that all costs for your process will be clearly discussed , including any special services that you may require. The total costs will be clearly agreed in writing between both parties before any processing starts.

What you Need to Apply
- Pre-processing scans of all documents.
- All original documents of documents to receive an apostille.
- Copies of all documents being sent to the Government office provided to both Gateway and kept by yourself for your own records.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many days will it take to process my Apostille?
Once submitted, the process for document Apostille normally takes between 7-14 days.
What are the steps involved in processing?
- Organise the required documents and include them in the form here.
- We will review all documents and advise if more are required.
- Once all documents are ready, the total costs will be agreed and approved by the client.
- Once 50% advance payment is received, you will be provided with the address to courier your documents to.
- Once the documents are processed and final invoice will be issued and when payment is received the documents will be dispatched to you.
Is the visa application fee refundable if it has been rejected?
Unfortunately the answer is no. All fees are paid to the government issuing body at the time of submission of the application. If the application is rejected it is beyond our control and the immigration office does not provide refunds.
