The Easy Way to Get a Calling Visa
Important Information on Calling visas.
Granting a visa for Indonesia for the countries on the Calling Visa list must go through the Forum of Meeting by the Clearing House held every Tuesday each week.
There is no way around this. However, diplomatic relations between countries changes all the time and at times the list below is altered to reflect this. You should always check with your local travel agent or online here to see if your country is on the list or if things have changed.

Getting the Approval Letter.
In order to obtain the visa for Indonesia approval letter from the immigration in Jakarta, it takes around 14 working days. It takes that long for this process because its visa application process must go through the following procedures:
- The applicant must send us the scan color of the following documents :
- passport front page with minimum 12 months validity
- photograph with white background
- residence card or any ID proof if you stay outside the country
- bank statement
- vaccine certificate
- address in Indonesia (place where you will stay in Indonesia)
- The applicants will send the documents by WhatsApp or by email at
- after our verification of your documents, we will issue an invoice with the detail account number
- The process can be quite time consuming, and bit expensive because we need to do the interview in the Clearing House meeting. And the meeting only be held every Tuesday, so
The process of interview and examining the e-Visa application for citizens of the calling visa subject country involves an assessment team consisting of:
- Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
- Ministry of Home Affairs.
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Ministry of Manpower.
- The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Attorney General’s Office.
- State Intelligence Agency.
- The Indonesian National Army Strategic Intelligence Agency and,
- National Narcotics Agency.
REMARKS:
- The documents must be submitted on Thursday previous week to prepare the paperwork, and to get the schedule Tuesday following week.
